Guided Muskie Rates
This is typically an eight-hour trip that begins in the morning based on the weather and most recent bite window. Starting time is decided when the trip is booked to take advantage of any majors and minors that may be occurring during the day. Half-day rate (4 Hours) is $250.

This is typically a 4-hour trip that begins in the evening and lasts until approximately 11:30PM. If you haven't tried fishing for muskies at night then you're potentially missing a great thrill. Every year, many of the largest muskies caught from my boat are caught at night.

This is a twelve-hour trip that begins in the morning. Start time is based on the weather and current bite window. It includes an eight-hour day trip plus a four-hour night trip. The trip usually encompasses multiple majors and minors and bite windows, including the key times of sunset, moonrise and occasionally moonset.

This is a trip that I offer starting mid-October thru ice-up. This trip will include one or all of the following methods: casting, trolling or using live-bait (suckers). Bite windows are sometimes short in the Fall, so we usually eat lunch in the boat or do an old-fashioned, shore lunch. Some of our largest muskies are caught in the late Fall after mid-October thru ice-up.

For Fall trips $395 includes up to three anglers. * The cost of live bait is extra.
Several times a season I will guide for muskies on Minnesota lakes. The Minnesota lakes I guide on are Mille Lacs, as well as lakes near the North Dakota/Minnesota border and a lake in the Duluth area. These are multi-day trips with stays at resorts or hotels. I usually schedule these trips for August, September and October. If you're interested in one of these trips then call me several weeks in advance, so we can discuss details and pricing.

Imagine a muskie lake that has no development and is accessible only by hiking-in through a trail in the forest. The lake gets very little muskie pressure. Most of the muskies in the lake probably have never seen a lure. The lake must be fished by kayak or canoe, which can be carried in. This is a unique opportunity. If you don't have a kayak or canoe, we can arrange for rentals for you. Call for pricing.
